In this privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) we explain how we process personal data in connection with your use of Fedlex Connector, a service described at https://fedlex-connector.ch (the “Service”).

1. Who are we?

The party responsible as data controller for the processing of your personal data described in this Privacy Policy is Jeremy Bacharach.

We do not process personal data when providing the Service, except for limited data relating to your use of the Service: your query (the tool called and its parameters), the IP address from which the request is sent, the client software used (user agent), the date and time of the request, and technical information about the request and its processing.

Although unsolicited and unnecessary for the operation of the Service, we may also process any personal data that you provide us when using our Service (e.g. in the Service inputs).
